Rehab Engineering, P.C., was founded in 2005 by Ed Lipsky, a licensed professional engineer with more than 40 years of experience in all types of construction, and Flay Blalock, a licensed professional engineer with more than 20 years of experience in product design/development and nine U.S. patents.
By integrating the diverse backgrounds and expertise of its co-founders, Rehab Engineering is uniquely poised to think creatively across engineering disciplines to find innovative solutions to their clients’ construction challenges.
Rehab Engineering pays special attention to the relationship between mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural design and the architectural, civil engineering and site requirements of a project, providing technical expertise, on-site problem-solving and direct support from start to finish. This integrated design approach, coupled with their substantial experience with today’s most progressive building systems, allows Rehab Engineering to meet their client’s toughest goals for "green" energy efficient building performance.
