This project included the adaptive reuse of an existing commercial building on the property for use as the community building. The unique architecture of the new construction gives the impression of an urban "row house" community from the street facing elevation, while a common interior corridor provides the main access to each apartment. This interior corridor was actually an open-air breezeway which required additional measures for air circulation.
